A German client once asked:“Your patches are great, but how do you handle defective products?”  That hit a nerve. As manufacturers, our responsibility doesn’t stop at the workshop. So we launched a material rebirth program—scraps and defective patches are no longer buried. They’re shredded and reused in building soundproofing or flower pot bases, achieving true circular use.
